Chemical Analytics, Inc. ("CAI") has been providing high quality personalized service to
manufacturing plants, research & development facilities, educational institutions and
hospitals since 1985. We specialize in providing lab pack services, gas cylinder recycling
and pharmaceutical waste management. Our services are tailored around our customers'
needs.

Our waste management specialists are diversely experienced, trained and safety
conscious. While each employee in our field staff has a different background and
expertise, they all share years of experience in providing waste management services on
behalf of Chemical Analytics, Inc. We have a significantly lower employee turn over rate
than our competitors. Besides the requisite training required by OSHA and DOT, CAI's
field staff has received extensive in-house training in lab packing, the handling of reactive
materials and the stabilization shock sensitive materials.

Whenever possible, we assist our customers by providing alternatives to disposal. Some
acids, bases, metals and gas cylinders can often be removed for beneficial reuse, a type
of recycling. CAI has developed a network of partners who are willing to accept material
for beneficial reuse provided that CAI has qualified the material as suitable for use.

The transportation for your waste will be provided by CAI. With trucks stationed
in Romulus, Michigan, Cleveland/Akron, Ohio and North Georgia, CAI is
prepared to respond to your request for service in a timely fashion.

Your wastes will be transported in one of our licensed, insured and permitted waste
hauling vehicles. Hazardous wastes, liquid industrial wastes, and universal wastes are
transported to CAI's facility in Romulus, Michigan. CAI is party to DOT Special
Provisions that facilitate in the transportation of hazardous material classes that would
otherwise be restricted on the same vehicle. Your waste will be transported in
compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.

CAI is proud of its on the road safety record. To ensure the safe transport of your waste,
our waste hauling vehicles are well maintained and our drivers are trained and safety
conscious. Since our chemists are also the drivers of our waste hauling vehicles, they
know and understand the hazards associated with the hazardous materials that they are
transporting.

There is no guessing at what you will be invoiced. The quotes provided by
Chemical Analytics, Inc. are based on your waste inventory. Transportation charges, if
applicable, are stated as a flat rate. There are no time and material charges.
